You can tell a lot by the things people keep. While some may throw out things that others may hold value to .. (and no, I'm NOT talking about Hoarders, although that is an amazing show..) I find the need to keep words from people I care about.. maybe that's why songwriting is so important to me. They capture a moment in time, a feeling, a thought. This is a picture of my secret little shrine to all my favourite people, hidden in my closet with my jewelry. Here you'll find cards from my friends and family, little notes, tags and concert tickets ... even a string of blessed beads! just a reminder of how important people are to you, no matter how independent you feel.
